Textured additive for powder coatings

Jietonda® K7726 is a specially modified wear-resistant sand grain additive, which can produce extreme wear resistance when is applied to powder coatings.With good sand texture effect,it is suitable for household appliances, IT equipment, audio equipment, office supplies, sports equipment and other industrial equipments.

2. Characteristics
　●  It can form a sand-like coating with excellent wear resistance.

    ● The sand texture surface is smoother and more delicate.

    ● Suitable for powder coatings of any system, such as pure epoxy, epoxy/polyester, polyester/TGIC or HAA and PU.

 

3. Use method & levels
　 ● Premix K7726 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
　 ● The use level is 0.2 ~0.6% based on the total weight of the formulation.

4. Package & Storage
　 ● Packaging with PE lined fiber drums. Net weight 10kg per drum.
　 ● Store in cool and dry place. Avoid contacting with strong acids, bases and other organic chemicals together. Keep away from heat and fire.
　 ● Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
